Led 24 Seven.com warrants its Ecofire LED products from the date of sale for the following periods.

Five (5) Years covering the following components

• LED Diodes (Emitters)
• Housing and mechanical components
• Connectors for electrical application
• Power supply and or ballast (Power case temperature 60 Degree C or less, the humidity 90% or less).

 12 Months Warranty For Other LED Lighting Products

 Led 24 Seven.com warrants other LED lighting products from the date of sale for the following periods.

 12 Months Warranty covering the following components

•  LED Diodes (Emitters)
•  Housing and mechanical components
•  Connectors for electrical application
•  Power supply and or ballast (Power case temperature 60 Degree C or less, the humidity 90% or less)

 LED 24 Seven.com Warrants its LED lighting products under the condition upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance.

This warranty is not applicable to any products which is not installed and operated in accordance with the current edition of the National Electric Code(NEC), the standards for safety of Underwriters’ laboratory, Inc. (UL), the standards for American National Standards Institute(ANSI), and with Green Concept Asia’s instructions and guidelines for proper use and install of products. 

This warranty is not applicable to any products subjected to abnormal stresses and operating conditions.

LED 24 Seven.com is responsible for correcting the defects through either making available a new replacement unit for the defective unit or repairing the defective unit. 

This warranty is extended to the original or first end-user purchaser and to subsequent end-users for the duration of the warranty period.
